Why doesn't the Query Tool populate the borehole set?

Description:
User generates a query for boreholes in Edit Borehole sets and turns on the
'List Query Result' button and clicks OK. Nothing is displaying in the
'Boreholes in borehole set' list.

Solution:
When the 'List Query Result' button in the Query Tool is turned on, you can
preview the results before applying them.

Click apply (not OK) when 'List Query Result' is turned on to view what is
selected, then select Apply or OK to the 'Query Results' menu. Then turn off the
'List Query Result' button and select OK. The boreholes selected by the query
will be displayed in the 'Boreholes in borehole set' list.
