New Features in GeoFrame 3.8 IESX MisTie.
Description:
Solution:
-Changes in Scope Definition allows the user greater flexibility, such as
selecting different classes for estimation. Component A and Component B
represent individual surveys within the project. Tie points for two surveys
will be estimated.
If there is only one survey or Mistie Analysis is to be run on only one
survey then select the same survey in each Component.
-The ability to select tie points from Basemap now allows the user to work
in an area of interest. This allows selection of tie points across multiple
surveys, not limited to two surveys.
-Points may be selected from basemap and added to the scope, it is also
possible to select tie points from the Basemap for use in the Mistie Analysis
tools.
-2D/2D jump ties may be defined in Basemap. This allows the user to use ties
where lines do not quite intersect, or where there are specific traces on
which the user wants to perform a Mistie Analysis.
-2D/Borehole jump ties may be defined in Basemap and give the user the ability
to perform Mistie Estimations based on synthetics and 2D seismic lines.
