Major Fixes in GeoFrame 3.8 IESX Basemap.

Solution:
1.) The unit conversion problem when using the paintbrush option with ASAP in
    the depth domain has been corrected.  The problem occurred with projects in
    meters and would produce incorrect results when posted in Basemap.

2.) Using the spacebar now repeats the last selected command rather than 
    invoking the first icon.

3.) Interpretation is no longer deleted when using ASAP paintbrush mode with
    SeisDV open.  Previously interpretation could be deleted if you were 
    alternately picking between seismic and ASAP.

4.) Valid boreholes now post even when the borehole set contains invalid 
    boreholes.  A message is generated listing the invalid borehole(s).

5.) Basemap no longer abnormally exits when Log Property Mapping is open.
    LPM attributes are posted and additional attributes are computed.

6.) Fault boundaries posted with the fill option turned on, now post properly
    except for the corrupted polygons.  Prior to this fix only some polygons
    would post.  All polygons will post when the fill option is turned off.
