Major Fixes in GeoFrame 3.8 IESX BasicTD.

Description:
        

Solution:
1.) Fault segments with their point interpreted below the BasicTD model's
    deepest layer now convert to depth.

2.) Executing large projects in BasicTD no longer exhibit the following error:
    "Not enough memory for BasicTD".  The fix removed the memory leak while 
    converting horizons, faults, contacts and fault boundaries.

3.) CPS-3 grids retain the correct XY position when converted from depth.

4.) Scatter points generated from markers now have the correct XY locations.
    This problem was apparent on highly deviated boreholes.

5.) Interpretation tolerance now works properly when the borehole is not
    directly on the 3D survey.

6.) Checkshots created and saved in BasicTD no longer have bad location 
    information.  The bad location information caused other applications to
    abnormally exit.  Existing checkshots created within BasicTD will still 
    have bad location information.  If necessary the existing checkshots may 
    be copied in Synthetics to remove the bad locations.
