How to control spectrum range coloring beyond min & max range.

Description:
Sometimes a user will want to apply a specific min & max range, and also
specify how the 'beyond range' colors are handled. 

Solution:
Two options exist under Post > Interpretation ... Spectrum

Select the 'Content' tab.
Select the appropriate Beyond Range Coloring option - either 'None' or 'Last
Color'. Apply.
