Why aren't surface penetrations saved to the database after 'Save'?
Description:
After generating surface penetrations under Tools > Surface Penetrations and
then clicking the Save button, only one of the boreholes in the set has a saved
penetration.
Solution:
A borehole set with multiple boreholes was posted and the basemap was zoomed in
on one borehole. At this point, surface penetrations were generated and then
saved. If Post Penetrations and/or Post Value were selected when executing the
application, then all of the generated markers will post after unzooming the
basemap. However, only the marker associated with the borehole that was
displayed when the basemap was zoomed was saved to the database. This can be
seen in the Marker Data Manager.
To save all of the surface penetration, all boreholes must be displayed on the
basemap.
