What does this upgrade log message mean `Error opening map content file - continuing...'

Solution:
The `Error opening map content file - continuing...' message is usually 
due to a glitch in the map file naming convention.  The Basemap Plus files, 
*.bapp and *.bcon, are always written to the project's Default directory 
using all lowercase letters. However, one can enter a string that contains 
uppercase letters in the Name field when creating the map in Basemap Plus.  
An `index' entry is made containing the string with uppercase letters.  
The upgrader comes along and reads the index for the file name containing 
uppercase letters but cannot find that file because it was actually written 
in all lowercase letters.

In this case, it is safe to ignore the message.
