What is wrong when multi-horizon merge gives error: Get selection in areal merge?

Solution:
IESX is probably having trouble with the names of the horizons.  In 
general, keep the horizon names short (16 characters)using only alphanumeric
characters and underbar (_).

A workaround for this problem is to use Areal Horizon copy twice.  
Copy the first input horizon with the Copy/Merge option toggled to 
`Copy all data'.  Copy the second input horizon to the same output 
horizon as in the first pass but this time toggle the Copy/Merge option 
to `Merge data'.
