How does the mailbox icon work in the SeisDV window?

Description:
        

Solution:
If the receive line selection is turned off under User > ITC filter
then line selected in basemap will not be immediately displayed in the
Seis2/3DV window.
The line selection gets sent to the mailbox instead.
If you wish to display this line then click on the mailbox icon
and the line that was sent to the mailbox is now displayed in the Seis2/3DV window.
