How to post bottom hole locations.

Solution:
In order to post a deviated well it must have a DVT relationship. 

1.) To assign a dvt to a well:
    In DataManager > Well + T/D
     - Select well and time depth relation
     - Select Associate, Update and Dismiss.

2.) In Mapview, turn on MapView well posting:
    Posting > Controls.
     - Toggle Post Well Locations to Bore Path Only or Bore Path & Name.
     - Toggle other options appropriatly and Exit.

3.) In Edit > Grid Contour, make sure Post Data is toggled to All Data, if you
    want to see the grid and/or contours with the wells.

4.) Select the basemap icon(icon above the contour icon) or contour icon to
    display.
