Solution:
Create a straight hole deviation survey:

Select DataManager > Wells > Wells: 
   - Choose a well.
   - Click on 'Deviation Survey' in the right bottom corner of the menu.
   - Choose to enter in delta-x and delta-y and time.
   - Enter 0,0,0 and click insert, and then enter 0,0,x (where x represents the 
     time you want to stop the posting of the well, usually the TD of
     that well) and click 'Insert'.
   - Click on 'Update' and then 'Dismiss'.
