How to change the grid cell size.

Solution:
1.) Edit > Grid Contour.
    - Toggle  Adjust Grid Parameters to Yes, Exit.
    - Toggle grid cell size method to (World, Normalized and Survey), where:
       World - absolute distance (feet, meters).
       Normalized - a fraction of the X,Y range. A value of .01 in Normalized
       means that each cell size is 1/100 of the total map range, i.e. there are
       100 x 100 grid cells used in the gridding.  
       Survey - line/cdp increment.
    - Type in values for X and Y Grid Cell Size.
    - Toggle Grid smoothing to Yes or No and type in Horizonatal and Vertical
      Operator lengths, Exit.
    - Exit again to display grid.
