How to reassign faults and horizons.

Solution:
To reassign faults:
1. Post the fault interpretation that you want reassigned in the seismic window;
2. Select Mode > Fault assign;
3. Select a fault from the 'Assign to fault' list that you want the
selected faults assigned to;
4. Select method (point or polygon) for making the assignment;
5. Select faults in the Seis3DV/2DV canvas with MB1 (the selected faults will
highlight);
6. Click MB3 > Fault assign.
To reassign a horizon:
1. Rename using Define > Horizon
a. Select horizon from list;
b. Change the horizon name in the Horizon box;
c. Click Update.
OR
2. Use Areal > Horizon copy
a. Select rectangular path for operation;
b. Select survey or path or 2D line(s);
c. Select a horizon from the 'Select input Horizon list';
d. Type in an output horizon name and description;
e. Click the 'Operate' button;
f. (note: this makes a copy of the horizon)
