Solution:
This can be done when 'scope' has been set but before any further computations
are done.Frequency of the input data can then be checked and if necessary
return to 'scope' and enter a new dominant frequency 


1.) Set the Scope of the data
    Scope > Surveys
 
2.) Analyze > Mistie Estimates > from seismic > Frequency Spectrum
