Solution:
Convert horizon to a fault
1.) Application > Surface Modeling > MapView > Select > Horizon - select horizon
    you want > select desired Attribute > XYZ Operations > Save Points > IESX
    Fault Cut.
   - Input fault name, Exit.
   - Pick a color and fault symbol, Exit.
Upon exiting, data is written back to the IESX seismic database.

Convert fault to horizon
2.) Application > Surface Modeling > MapView > Select > Fault Cut - select fault
    cut from the list > XYZ Operations > Save Points > IESX Horizon 
    -input fault name, Exit
    -pick a color and symbol, Exit
Upon exiting, data is written back to the IESX seismic database.
