How to see average value of a log over a given depth.

Solution:
1.) LPView > Log Preparation #2
2.) Edit Log #1 > Keyboard Edit #2
3.) Search for Data Values #8 > Parameters #1 > set start and end zone (options
1-2), choose the output device, either screen or printfile (option 3).
4.) Choose curve to operate on (single curve) > Change Curves #2 >
Compute/Display #3.
5.) MB1 on the up arrow (upper left corner), this brings up three options
a.) Trace Statistics #1 > This shows minimum value and what depth, the
maximum value and it's depth, the search range, the first and last
nonzero sample and the depth.
b.) Single Value #2 > The menu has three options > #1 Tolerance, this sets a
window +/- the value set > #2 Number of Occurrences, this will display
the number of occurrences within the parameters set in this option, #3
Search Value, the value to search for.
c.) Value Range #3 > This menu has three options > #1 Number occurrences,
this will display the number of occurrences within the parameters set
in this option > Options two and three allow you to set a minimum
and maximum curve range.
Note: Each one of these options return a display after you exit.
