How to export interpretation in mfd format with time in msec.

Solution:
In an xterm, go to the project home directory and edit the mfd.ifdf file. Add
the line time_units=msec to the bottom of file.

To find out where the project directory is:

1.) Session Manager > Project > Update.

2.) Select project and the first DSL listed in the 'Disk space (Kbytes) 
    Selected data storage locations' is the project home directory.
