Description:
Solution:
Grids and contours are stored under the surface to which they belong. To delete a grid or contour, in GeoFrame: 1.) Application Manager; click on the 'Data' icon and the 'Data Management Catalog' menu will open; under the 'Data Managers' section, double click on 'Surfaces'. 2.) Click on the 'Populate with' toggle and set it to 'All Surfaces'. 3.) Select a surface from the 'Surface information' section of the menu. 4.) Click on the blue 'i' icon to open the 'Surface Editor' for the selected surface. 5.) The 'Surface Interpretations' section at the bottom of the menu will contain a listing of all grids, contours, fault boundary sets, etc. (for the surface selected). Select the grid and/or contour you want deleted, and click on the 'Delete' button. Alternatively, you can delete grids and contours from the General Data Manager: 1.) Application Manager; click on the 'Data' icon, and the 'Data Management Catalog' will open. 2.) Under the 'Data Managers' section, click on 'General'. 3.) In the 'Data Manager', make sure that the project is highlighted (i.e. black) and then click on View > Expand by Type > Horizon. 4.) Click on the desired horizon (it will highlight in black); click on View > Full Expand. All representations of that surface will display (i.e. grids, contours, fault boundary sets, etc.). 5.) Select the desired grid(s), contour(s), and click on Edit > Delete to delete them. (To select multiple items, use shift/MB1.) You can also delete the grids, contours, scatter sets, and boundaries through the Basemap application.
