Description:

Solution:
In order for a fault boundary to be entered on the basemap, at least one fault boundary set must be created and turned on for posting, and a horizon must be posted on the basemap. 1.) Define > Fault Boundaries > Create Set; turn on the 'Create new set toggle'; select a horizon and enter a boundary set name; click 'OK'. 2.) Post > Interpretation; select the survey(s); turn on the 'Horizons' toggle and click the associated 'Select ...' button; select a horizon; turn on the 'Fault boundary sets' toggle and click the associated 'Select ...' button; select the horizon, fault and boundary set; click 'OK'; click 'OK' in the 'Post Interpretation' menu. 3.) Define > Fault boundaries > Add/edit; turn on the 'Enter' toggle; on the Basemap, use MB1 to define the points on the fault boundary, and MB3/Close to close the boundary(Note: You are not required to close the boundary).
