How to plot CAD file on a scaled plot.

Description:
User had created a CAD layer with text, symbols, contour annotation, etc... and
now doesn't display on the scaled plot but displays on screen. 

Solution:
1.) First, make sure the CAD file is saved: go to Annotation > CAD > Load CAD
    file as current and select 'current'. The screen will redisplay with grid/
    contours with CAD file. Then select CAD > Save CAD and input name and exit. 
2.) To plot, from Scaled Map > Overlay Data, toggle 'Overlay data type' to CAD,
    toggle 'Overlay permanence' to 'Save' and change the rest of the options
    accordingly and exit. Select CAD file and exit.
3.) Still in Scaled Map mode, go to Posting > Controls > and toggle 'Post 
    Overlays' to 'Yes'. Set other options accordingly and exit.
4.) Up-arrow to 'Display' and be sure to toggle 'Post Data' to 'All' and exit.
    TIP: Set 'Display Device' to 'Screen' first to QC before submitting plot. 

NOTE: The line/text thickness will always plot thin no matter what the thickness
      is set to.
