How to delete the horizon name as well as the interpretation.

Solution:
The horizon name can not be deleted unless the area of deletion is set to all
surveys.

Interpretation > Delete > select horizon(s) to delete, 'Select all' in 
'Define area of deletion', select 'Horizon data (Attributes)' and 
'Horizon name(s)' > Delete.
