How to release CSA license when it hung

Description:
Exited from CSA but can't get in again due to hung license.  There is no csa
running in process, but from lmstat -a showed csa license still occupied.

Solution:
As superuser, run lmremove.  This will release the feature license selected.

#lmremove -c license_file feature user host display
ex. #/usr/bin/lmremove -c /xx/license.dat CSA user1 java /dev/tty1
