How to create fault boundaries in GeoFrame Basemap
Description:
Solution:
In Basemap go to Define -> Fault Boundaries -> Create Set. Click on the Create new set button, select your horizon, put in a new name and click OK. This creates an empty fault boundary set. Now go to Post -> Interpretation -> click on Fault Boundarie sets -> Select. Select the horizon you just made the fault boundary set on, click on the fault boundary set in the "Available boundary set" box so it is in the "Selected boundary sets" box. Select the fault(s) you are going to interpret the fault boundaries on and click OK -> OK. Next go to Define -> Fault Boundaries -> Add/edit -> click on Enter, select the fault you wish to add the fault boundary to and then make the fault boundary by using MB1 to add points, MB2 to undo and MB3 to break or close.
