How to get newly loaded cartographic data to display on the Basemap.

Solution:
To display newly loaded cartographic data on the Basemap do the following steps:

1. Define > Map > Map content, enter new content name, select carto name under
   data available, click on Create, Dismiss.

2. Define > Map > Map appearance, enter new appearance name, click on
   Add/delete/order layers, select carto name under layers available, 
   click OK, click on Create, Dismiss.

3. Define > Map > Picture file, enter new picture name, select newly created
   map content and appearance files, click on Create and Dismiss and map with
   carto will display.
