My faults are displayed as symbols, how can they be set back to line segments?

Description:
At intersections, instead of posting as line segments, the faults are displayed
as symbols, how can they be set back to line segments?       

Solution:
If your faults are displayed as symbols, and this is not crossposted data, the
user preference setting may have been changed.  Go to User -> Preferences and
check the Fault display method.  If the display method is Symbol, change it
to Segment and click OK or Update and Cancel.
