How to delete clipping surface boundaries.

Solution:
The clipping surface boundaries are deleted in the General Data Manager. 
They are associated with the surface they were stored under.
 
   Data Management Catalog > General
   MB3 > Expand by type > Horizon
   Click on the horizon that the clipping surface boundary was stored under.
   MB3 > Expand by type > Boundary_Set
   Click on the clipping surface boundary and from then menu Edit > Delete
