How to load 2d seismic with non_zero tfs that is not in SEGY header.

Solution:
In the Define 2D input data format window:

1. Set the Header TFS convention toggle to Use Value (the next field down then
    becomes active)

2. In the now-active Time of first sample field enter the start time in
    milliseconds.

3. In the Set Header Locations remove the value from the data entry field and
   set the toggle to No selection for Time of first sample.
