How to plot using a scale factor (i.e. 1 to 1000).

Solution:
1.) When you are ready to plot, go to Edit > Scaled Map > Display.  Toggle
Display Device to Plotter, type in a scale factor in Scale Value and toggle the
scale to Factor. Adjust other parameters and Exit. 

2.) Choose the plotter. Toggle Queue to plotter to Yes, toggle disposition to
Keep or Delete (Keep will save the cgm file) and Exit.  For example, if you
wanted to plot with a scale of 1 to 1000, you would put in 1000 for the Scale
Value.
