How to post fault markers in SeisDV.

Solution:
1) Within SeisDV choose Define >Borehole Appearance >Vertical.

2) Toggle the 'Use Faults' switch to on (red) and set your marker 
   display parameters.

3) Update your current Borehole Appearance or create a new one.

4) Make sure your boreholes are posted with this new or newly updated
   appearance (Post > Boreholes).

5) Post your desired fault markers by selecting the fault names from
   the 'Interpretation posting' menu (Post > Interpretation).

NOTE: You need to select more than one fault for markers to post. This is a bug.
