How to add a Supplemental Readout to Basemap.

Description:
How to add a Supplemental Readout (i.e. XY or Lat,Long) to the Readout Display
in Basemap.

Solution:
To add a Supplemental Readout, go to User -> Readouts....Click MB1 on the
Readout type that you wish to add and drag, still holding down MB1, the 
cursor into a Supplemental Readout box.  Click OK or Apply and Cancel, and
a Supplemental Readout box will pop up.  Place the box in a convienient
location on the screen.
