How to change the projection for a basemap.

Description:
View the basemap with coordinates in the new projection.

Solution:
In Basemap > File > Manage Map, select Map Context > Coordinate System to choose
from existing projection systems or create a new one to apply to the map.
 
To apply the new projection to the current map click OK in the manage map box.
To create a new map using this new projection, type in a new map name and click OK.
