How to automatically post the active horizon from Seis3DV/2DV on Basemap.
Description:
How to update the horizon posting on Basemap without having to go to Post
> Interpretation on Basemap.
Solution:
1) Basemap > Post > Interpretation > Horizons > Posting Mode > Toggle on
Single Horizon > Select One Horizon to post (Will not work in the Multiple
Horizons Posting Mode)
2) Basemap > User > ITC Filter > Select Receive Active Interpretation
3) Seis3DV/2DV > User > ITC Filter > Select Send Active Interpretation
4) Seis3DV/2DV > Post > Interpretation > Select Horizon/Horizons to post
5) Choose the horizon to become Active. There are several ways to do this.
a) Select Shift Key/Mouse Button 2 together and click on a horizon that
is currently being posted in the Seis3DV/2DV window
b) Select Mouse Button 3 > H List > Select horizon > Close
c) Seis3DV/2DV > Define > Horizon > Select horizon > Select Active
> Close
6) Basemap will automatically post the newly selected active horizon.
