How to change the size of the Spectrum Bar.

Description:
Users may want to change the size of the Spectrum Bar to uncover parts of
displayed interpretation without hiding or moving the Spectrum Bar.    

Solution:
The Spectrum Bar size is determined by the Text Size setting under Post >
Interpretation > Spectrum, and toggling on the Appearance tab.  There are four
preset text sizes that can be chosen.  It is not possible to alter the size of
the Spectrum Bar by resizing with the cursor.
