1) You can delete layers in Basemap. This is described in Knowledge base entry:

- To delete all objects you would have to highlight them all one by one. This is
very tedious if there are numerous objects in each layer.
- That will still not delete the layer. It only deletes that layer on the
current map. The edited layers are not transferable to other maps.
2) You can delete the layer and all the objects within the culture layer with
IESX_UTIL. This is described in Knowledge base entry:
