How to load 3D without navigation.

Description:
Here is a solution to loading 3D if you do not have navigation to create your
survey.

Solution:
Create some fake navigation and load the 3D survey.  After you receive the
correct navigation, then modify the 3D survey origin.

Upon creating the survey, input coordinates, for example: 

 lat    long
29.0 N	91.0 W
29.0 N	90.0 W
28.0 N	90.0 W

This procedure will load the data in the system for a quick look.  You can
interpret faults and horizons without any problems.  They will move with the
survey when you re-input the correct navigation.  

WARNING, fault boundaries, grids, contours, scatter sets that are tied to xy
locations will not move with the change in navigation.
