How to determine the rotation of a 3D Survey.

Solution:
In Basemap post some interpretation on the appropriate survey.

Select Gridding > Input Data => select the interpretation for gridding.

In the Basemap Plus Grid/Contour Parameters window change the Grid Options 
from 'Unrotated (As Is)' to 'Use 3D Survey Rotation'.

When you click on the radio button the Rotation (degrees) box displays the 
rotation of the current survey.
