How to add a borehole surface location in Lat/Longs.

Solution:
Open  Data > Data Managers > Wells and Boreholes.
In the empty row, type in the borehole name and UWI.  Click on Apply.  With the
row of the new borehole still highlighted, click on the icon that has a well
derrick with an 'i' next to it.  Under Surface Location, toggle from 
'Projection' to 'Geodetic'.  The surface location can now be input as Lat/Long
values. Click OK to save the changes.
