Topic:
How to export Basemap Plus contours.
Description:
Solution:
You can do this if you have the GeoFrame CPS-3 license: First bring the contour set into CPS-3 using the GeoFrame Link: - File > GeoFrame Link On the Load from GeoFrame tab: - Click Data Types... and select Contour Sets Under Representations, click OK. - Click Select Data... and select the Container and Representation, click OK. - Click Run. Now, export the contour set from CPS-3: - File > Export > ASCII > Data Browse/enter in the full path for the file name into which you want to write the contours (e.g., /full/path/to/output/file/contours_out.ascii). - Click Pick Set..., select the contour set, and click OK. - Select/verify the correct Display environment. - Click OK. The contour data will be written into the file ``contours_out.ascii'' in the directory /full/path/to/output/file. It will look something like: !Coordinate System: !
