How to run Z window edit.
Description:
How to run Z window edit (time window edit).
Solution:
1) Select the area to operate on. Either a 3d survey, path or 2d line. 2) Select the horizon you wish to edit. 3) Choose the domain, time or depth. The default is time. 4) Determine if you wish to autosave the horizon. When autosave is on, a new horizon name is needed and the horizon is copied into it before any editing takes place. 5) Select "Outside window" and specify the time/depth range you wish to keep. 6) Click on operate to begin. Note: "Outside window" deletes all data outside the the range specified. "Inside window" deletes all data within the range specified. Example: A time rage of 1000 to 2000 ms is used. "Outside window" will delete all picks above 1000 ms and below 2000 ms. "Inside window" will delete all picks between 1000 and 2000 ms.
