Set up hot keys globally in GF-IESX

Description:
How to set up hot keys for GF-IESX globally ?
It might be better to set up the hot keys globally instead of setting in the 
.Xdefault file at the user home directory.

Solution:
Method 1:
1) add the preferred hot keys you want to set into a file, e.g., 
IESX_hotkeys.txt 
  See the knowledge on "how to set tup hot keys in IESX-10.X"
2) add this command in the file iesx_setup_site.csh
   xrdb DIR_PATH/IESX_hotkeys.txt
      where xrdb &
  DIR_PATH/IESX_hotkeys.txt is the directory path and the file containing hot 
keys.


Method 2:
The hot key file may be appended to the file iesx.rs which is in
$GF_PATH/ies_main.
