Current issues

Procedure

  1. Everybody should be on the lookout for interesting hydrology related articles this semester. If you see something interesting, please put a pdf file or a weblink to the article into the current events folder on courseworks at least a couple of days before your presentation. Use title, source and date in your file name.
  2. If you are up presenting, pick an article from that folder and put it into the readings folder for that week at least 3 days before your presentation. Add in the comments section if the article is for Tu or Th.
  3. Everybody should have a look at the article before class (just check what reading is due for that week by looking at the appropriate folder in courseworks)
  4. We'll spend the first 10 minutes of class on current issues. You have 5 minutes to present the article. Talk about at least one other source of information related to the topic. Come up with 2 questions for the class to discuss.
