Chili, Beer, and other beverages:

"This is Jim and Kevin your 2003 Chili Cook-Off Coordinators (for those of you who don't know us we're 1st years and Kevin is the handsome one). Come join us for an afternoon of comraderie, conversation, and chili. Get to know some of the folks you might not see every day, sample your colleagues culinary creations, and if that's not enough to motivate you; there will be beer. This year's Chili Cook-Off will be a little late in the season, but with some help from a few motivated volunteers we're confident it will be a blast. "

So what we need from volunteers:

1. Chili Chefs. Raid your pantry and come up with your best chili recipes. "Trophies" will be awarded not to mention Lamont-wide bragging rights.

2. Cornbred Bakers. Is chili a little daunting? Contribute a country-grown acoutrement!

3. Hot Plates. Have a hot plate at home or in your dept. you can loan us for a day?

4. Associated Assitance. Did you fail home-ec? You can still contribute - Kevin and I will be needing folks to help transport chili, set up tables, etc.

Please Contact Jim or Kevin if you can help make this year's Chili Cook-Off a success!

Come back soon for pictures from previous years, more info, and maybe even some recipes.
