Request Web Services

There are two ways to request web services. You can do this in one of two ways:
1) go to the web helpdesk (webdesk) directly (first time users need to register)
2) send an email to the webdesk (webdesk@ldeo.columbia.edu)

Please note webdesk@ldeo.columbia.edu email address replaces webmaster@ldeo.columbia.edu.

Both processes will log a ticket and result in a confirmation email to you which includes a ticket number and key with which you can track the progress of your request by going to the webdesk and choosing "Track Ticket". A member of the web team will be assigned your ticket, which will result in another email to you to keep you informed.
